1. Overview

KLIK agency™ provides creative and design services, including branding, visual identity, web design, and marketing assets.

By engaging our services, you agree to these terms of service and acknowledge that KLIK may update them at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Projects & Subscriptions

  • Projects are executed based on an approved briefing and timeline.

  • For project-based work, payment is required 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after 4 weeks, regardless of project completion.

  • Subscription-based services renew automatically each month until cancelled.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Unused time or revisions do not roll over to the following month.

3. Deliverables & Revisions

  • Deliverables are clearly defined before each project starts.

  • Revisions are limited to the amount specified in the project briefing. Additional rounds are billed separately.

  • Major direction changes or new concepts are considered new projects.

  • All deliverables are designed to meet the agreed-upon creative scope.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all necessary materials (content, assets, logos, brand information and text) before the project begins.

  • Feedback must be delivered within 48 hours (2 business days) to maintain the project timeline.

  • Delays in communication, approvals, or content delivery do not alter agreed deadlines.

  • KLIK is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, internal processes, or other external dependencies.

5. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued immediately after approval of the project briefing.

  • Payment must be made within two (2) calendar days. If payment is not received within that time, the invoice becomes void and the offer automatically expires.

  • Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.

  • Services may be paused in the event of late or failed payments.

6. Ownership & Credits

  • All intellectual property remains the property of KLIK agency™ until full payment is received.

  • KLIK retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

  • Each website delivered by KLIK must include the following visible credit in the footer:
    “Designed to stand out by KLIK agency™ / www.klik.agency”
    This credit must remain intact unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability & Guarantees

  • KLIK agency™ delivers high-quality creative work and strives to optimize for brand growth, visibility, and engagement.

  • However, KLIK does not guarantee specific business results, including (but not limited to) sales growth, conversions, or financial performance.

  • KLIK is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or interpretation of its work.

  • The total liability of KLIK agency™ shall never exceed the amount paid for the project in question.

8. Confidentiality

All client information and project materials are treated as strictly confidential. KLIK will not disclose or share any proprietary information without prior written consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disagreement, both parties agree to attempt resolution through open and professional communication first.

  • If no resolution is reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague, The Netherlands.

  • Dutch law applies to all agreements and services provided by KLIK agency™.

10. Modifications

KLIK agency™ may update these Terms of Service periodically.
Clients will be notified in advance of significant changes. Continued engagement with KLIK after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By engaging KLIK agency™, approving a project briefing, or submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and the General Conditions of KLIK agency™.
